Guests can make a reservation at Oani Spa and pay directly at the spa after using the service.
When booking, guests are required to provide accurate information (name, phone number, email).
Cancellation policy: Please notify us at least 12–24 hours in advance if you are unable to come, in order to avoid affecting our schedule.
Oani Spa reserves the right to adjust or refuse services in case of force majeure (e.g., technical issues, weather conditions, staff health).
